Where is your shop based?

• I ship from Ontario, Canada! I ship out orders usually once a week.

How long does shipping take?

• Orders within Canada and U.S. will usually take up to 12 business days after shipment, and for international orders up to 45 days.
• Orders within Canada will be shipped as lettermail. Orders outside Canada will be shipped as tracked parcel.

What is your return and exchange policy?

• All sales are final. If there is anything wrong with your order, please send me a message and I'll do my best to resolve the issue!
